Coronavirus: Information about Traveling
Your health and safety is our top priority. Regarding the news about the coronavirus (COVID-19), we recognize there are uncertainties about traveling.
We know that potential disruptions in travel plans can be hard. We will continue to do all we can to keep you informed. If you are traveling within two weeks, please call us if you have additional questions. If you have previously called or emailed us, thank you for your patience. As you can imagine our teams are working hard to respond to all customers as best as we can.
You should know that we are in constant contact with the cruise line and the airlines to understand the evolving circumstances and to find as much flexibility as we can for you.
Costa Cruises is offering a future cruise credit to customers with scheduled sailings through May 2020. We are working with the airlines and hotels on travel credits available for these customers.
Other future cruises and flights in Italy have not been canceled by the Costa Cruises or the airline.

As your travel date nears we will have more clarity on your options to travel or reschedule because the cruise line and airlines continue to update their policies. We will keep you informed. We recommend not canceling until there is more clarity from them. This increases the likelihood of receiving more favorable options for you.
